Compliment, tint, tone, and shade.

This is when we worked on Tint, shade, tone, and compliment. This was a fun excersize and let us work on our color mixing skills.
This was when for fun, we broke a very large glow stick into a bag to see what they shiny reflective inside of the bag would do the the liquid on the inside. The glow stick created this, almost a silver and green glowing Galaxy.

Watercolor Practice

This is the watercolor practices we did prior to the watercolor final with the flower. My favorite part of this practice was the paintbrush, but also my hilarious attempt at the tree next to the paintbrush and the fence that looks nothing like a tree. This was a fun practice and prepared us well for the next project, the watercolor final.

Perspective/Bag Study

This is my bag study, also a study on perspective, from the beginning of the year. I included a spray paint bottle because spray painting is one of my hobbies.

Watercolor Final

This is our watercolor final. For the final we had to create a flower with watercolor. I included voice in my piece by including the New York skyline in the background of my piece, because New York is my favorite big city.
